Concave Grooved Bursting Disc (LC)

The bursting disc features a weakened groove on its convex side (typically the concave face) in the form of a "cross," "star," or "ring" pattern. When pressure reaches the burst pressure, the disc ruptures along these grooves to relieve pressure.
Product Features
- Suitable for gas, liquid, and dust media
- No debris or sparks during detonation; compatible with series-connected safety valves.
- Higher fatigue strength and longer fatigue life than standard positive-arch rupture discs.
- Maximum working pressure can reach up to 80% of the minimum burst pressure.
- Burst disc materials available: stainless steel, nickel, Hastelloy, Monel, tantalum, and others.
- Burst pressure is customizable; Size: DN5~DN300
