Reverse-arched grooved rupture disk (YC)

Cross, star, or circumferential grooves are machined on the concave surface of the rupture disk. Upon bursting, the disk buckles and reverses toward the concave side while fracturing along the grooves. The convex side is in contact with the medium, and the concave side faces the relief side.
Product Features
- Suitable for gas-phase and gas-liquid phase media
- The circumferential groove type (YCH) is suitable for gaseous, liquid, and gas-liquid media.
- Excellent back-pressure resistance; withstands full vacuum without supports
- Maximum working pressure can reach up to 90% of the minimum burst pressure.
- Fatigue-resistant; suitable for applications with pulsating pressure
- No fragments after bursting; can be used in series with a safety valve.
- No sparks during explosion.
- Size: DN8~DN300mm
