Reverse Arched Fracture Disc (LF)

A composite assembly consisting of an arched slotted metal bursting disc, a sealing membrane, and a support bracket. The bursting pressure is controlled by the weakened structure formed by slots and holes on the dome surface of the disc. When the protected system exceeds its pressure limit, the bursting disc fractures along its weakest points to relieve pressure.
Product Features
- Suitable for gas, liquid, and dust media
- Maximum working pressure can reach up to 80% of the minimum burst pressure.
- There may be a few fragments after detonation.
- With bracket, withstands vacuum and back pressure
- Suitable for applications with low burst pressure.
- Burst disc materials available: stainless steel, nickel, Hastelloy, Monel, tantalum, and others.
- Burst pressure is customizable; Sizes: DN15~DN1200
