Explosion Suppression System

In milliseconds, our suppression system detects early pressure changes from an explosion and releases suppressants before destructive pressures are reached, stopping the explosion. Suppressants work by interrupting the combustion reaction: they absorb heat from the flame front, lowering temperatures below the level required for material ignition. They also form barriers between unburned particles to prevent further heat transfer. Explosion suppression technology detects explosions at their earliest stage, sprays suppressants into the vessel to halt the event, and minimizes associated hazards and damage.
Product Features
- Millisecond-level response; release inhibitor before failure pressure is reached.
- Reduce temperature by absorbing heat from the flame front
- Form a barrier between unburned particles
- Detect explosions early and stop them mid-process.
- Minimize damage and losses from explosions.
